Who I am

When I go on stage, I usually introduce myself with jokes, with the awareness that self-irony is an extremely serious way to speak of some topics.

Born in Turin, Italy, back in 1979, married to Raffaella and father of Miriam, Tea and Emilia Chiara, I professionally define myself in the field of communication and training.

I was born with a congenital malformation of the right femur: I have always walked, run and jumped on one leg and a prosthesis.

The first “version of Andrea” – compressed between shame and embarrassment – thanks to an inclusive sporting path, gradually gave way to the current Andrea: active and positive hero of his time, behavioral and emotional activist, coach, trainer, communicator multimedia and motivational speaker.

My gaze today is filled only with benevolence: I support people who wish to work on their condition of “real or presumed disability“. They are a means and not an end to enhance, through the restitution of my journey, all that wonderful has happened and happens in everyday life, proposing myself as a generator of change and the courage necessary to face limits and fears, for the well-being of adults, children and companies.

In a word, I am “movement“: what I am creating in meetings, meetings, conferences, multimedia content.

First athlete with a motor disability to compete in national and international CrossFit competitions in categories open to all and not specifically dedicated
First athlete with a motor disability to participate in a training session for the Italian national team and in a Serie A basketball team

In addition to our presence in schools of various levels, I constantly witness the possibility of maximizing ourselves, within corporate and public formats and events and multimedia initiatives.

Through the provision of professional contributions and managing the presence in Italian or English depending on the audience, I have active participations in prestigious contexts such as: Intesa Sanpaolo, LEGO, Generali, Wavemaker, Fondazione CRT, Syneos Health USA, Cirfood, Abbvie , State Street Bank, Iveco Group, Renault Italia, Centroscienza Onlus, Cargill, HO Mobile, RGI Group, Teoresi and many other national and international brands.
